Angulus is Latin for Niche

Our vision is to exceed client expectations.  We strive to achieve this by adding value over and above the competition within a niche industry.  Our business is structured to deliver value to repeat clients focused on long term, sustainable profitability.

We recognize the following three types of clients:

  1. Experienced Developers.  We covet good developer and borrower relationships.  We strive to provide certainty of execution at aggressive pricing over the long term.  Our goal is to assist our borrowers achieve their financial goals.
  2. Accredited Investors.  We are the general partner for Angulus Lending Opportunities Fund, LP.  This structure allows us to efficiently place capital in profitable opportunities that meet or exceed our strict underwriting guidelines.  Our strategy exposes lucrative lending opportunities to individual investors that are usually limited to institutional investors.
  3. Whole Note Institutional Investors.  We work with institutional investors who provide capital at wholesale market rates.  The lower cost of capital is then passed on to our borrowers in terms of aggressive pricing.

Angulus Capital Management, LLC was launched in March of 2015 to empower residential developers by providing direct access to Wall Street capital markets.  Our goal has always been to build value added relationships with high quality, experienced real estate developers by aligning them with the best priced capital pool for their specific project.  Our priority is to help ensure your project is successful by being your financial partner and provide you with the best capital structure to achieve success on each project.   In addition to offerring agressive pricing, we provide developers with complimentary online market valuations and a proforma analysis to help determine the best capital structure.  With our positive focus, and value added strategy, our borrowers repeatedly work with Angulus Capital Management, LLC on all their real estate transactions for many reasons.
